Or are you ready to crawl back under the covers? As we move out of winter and into spring, there is often a feeling of excitement that comes with the longer days and budding flowers. We can be motivated by the whirlwind of activity around us but sometimes just wish for a snow day so we can slow back down, snuggle up with a good book, and drink a steamy mug of tea. It's a time of great transition where the weather can go from 60 degrees and sunny to a blustery snow storm in a matter of hours. So finding calming, grounding activities can help us create some stability. For me, taking 2 minutes each day to sit and reflect on what would serve me best helps me find my natural rhythm. I'll sometimes jump right in to work and check 15 things to my to-do list. Other mornings I'll do a 10-minute restorative yoga practice or sit and draw with Caroline.
Know that there will be a lot of back and forth over the coming weeks - days of inspiration and time to slow back down. To ride the waves of the shifting seasons be sure to check in with yourself and find your own way. If you need support, I have a little space opening up in my private coaching schedule. I'd love to work with you. I hope to see you soon! Love, Elizabeth
