I believe that yoga is for everyone. It helps us connect to ourselves and to each other, build strength, and find deep relaxation. I teach yoga to a wide variety of students - pregnant women and new moms, beginning and advanced yogis, and people managing illness or other special conditions. I look forward to working with you!
Elizabeth is honored to be able to share her yoga practice through teaching. She completed her certification with 5th Element Yoga in Arizona in 2009 and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, having completed well over 3,000 hours of teaching.
Elizabeth explores laughter, strength, joy, and release in her classes and encourages her students to confront challenges, find space, and delight at the ways we are able to grow and change every day. She provides opportunities to explore both mind and body through the diverse styles that she teaches - weaving elements of vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga into her classes.
Elizabeth works to inspire students to embrace who they are and who they want to become both on the mat and in the world.
