Private yoga and mindfulness sessions are a great way to start learning the basics or to deepen your existing practices. I teach private sessions to individuals and groups in private homes, at offices, and at local studios. Private and semi-private sessions are designed to meet the needs and goals of each student. These classes are perfect for people recovering from injuries, managing chronic diseases, and women who are pregnant or postpartum. Private sessions can be scheduled on a one-time or ongoing basis.
