Holistic Health Coaching
I work with mothers-to-be and mamas in the thick of it - supporting you so that you can enjoy this crazy time of life instead of feeling like you're barely making it through the day.
I support you with tools from a wide variety of disciplines - from yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to the nitty-gritty of budgeting and meal planning. We work together to make simple and meaningful changes in your life that reduce stress and anxiety, improve your confidence as a mother, and find balance amidst the chaos. Through our work together, my clients have changed their lives in big and small ways - they've started businesses, found the perfect weekly yoga class, bought homes, enjoyed family dinners 3 nights a week, met "mom friends," and had meaningful conversations with their partners on a regular basis. They've gotten their nails done, learned to meditate, set boundaries with their in-laws, and started baking bread. Mostly, they've learned to listen to themselves, ask for what they need, and spend a little more time doing what they love. We always start with a conversation to see how we can best work together. From there, you'll be invited to join a personalized coaching program lasting from 3-12 months, with opportunities to extend. We meet in-person or via phone and the program cost is based on the frequency of our meetings and duration of the program. Simply complete the form below and I'll be in touch. I can't wait to work with you! |
This is a very special woman! I first met with Liz at a time in life when I needed to tackle some general anxiety. What impressed me most was her skillful way of meeting me exactly where I was mentally and physically. She has a lot of knowledge and experience, so she's quick to make sense of my context and suggest effective mindfulness routines that I can realistically (emphasis on realistically!) incorporate into my life. It's hard to find someone like Liz who is both soothing and kind in her approach and yet sharp and effective at meeting goals.

I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone seeking support and guidance in living a healthful life amidst the stress and pressures for everyday life. As a young professional woman seeking to balance climbing the career ladder, marriage, friendships and physical and emotional health, I found Elizabeth to be a great match. Elizabeth is caring, warm, non-judgmental, creative, adaptable, and an advocate for your best self. She has the ability to see all of your good qualities and potential, and finds a way to challenge you to be that best self in a way that holds you accountable while being supportive, loving and kind.

I had been suffering from a lot of stress and it was taking a physical toll on my body - so this has been so helpful. My skin is clearer, my stomach is less angry and I am now in the habit of drinking water throughout the day. Fewer headaches too! I love sharing pics of how I'm doing and what's working for me...you have made this a fun experience and given me tools for a lifetime of good health, both physical and mental. Thank you again!

Elizabeth is soulful, heartfelt and extremely driven. She has inspired me in so many ways, which I'm thankful for. In addition to the one on one coaching and encouragement she gives, she leads by example. Her commitment to teaching mindfulness, healthy eating practices and food sustainability is passionately demonstrated with precision and heart in her everyday life. If you're looking to learn, to be supported and to have tons of positive change inspired into your life, Elizabeth is the coach for you!
