Oh hello there!
I hope you had a joyful and relaxing summer
After a very long pregnancy and relatively short labor we were thrilled to welcome Aiden Felix Brandt into the world just after midnight on July 18. It has been such a joy to embark on this new adventure as a family of 4 and my new mantra is "embrace the chaos!" Here are a couple of the more peaceful moments:
With the remaining fiery energy of summer and the early "letting go" lesson of fall, I've been working on embracing finger painting that becomes face-body-hair painting, going to bed instead of washing the dishes, splashing in creeks, turning off my phone, hiding in pillow forts (yes, hiding from the dishes), dancing around the living room to old mix CDs, and saying "YES" to offers for help (thanks for doing the dishes!). It's been pretty awesome.
The fading of summer will calm some of the chaos, but fall is the perfect time to release what doesn't serve us to make room for new experiences. This upcoming season asks us to tap into our more introspective nature and listen to ourselves. Reflecting on my pregnancy, Aiden's birth, and our recovery has led to a new schedule, a clearer focus, and the deep commitment to continue working with my clients, students, and mamas.
Over the coming months I'll be weaving two themes into my classes, groups, and private sessions: embracing change & exploring gratitude. I hope you'll join me to use yoga, reflection, and teachings from many traditions to ease our way through fall and into the holiday season. My group offerings are outlined below and I'll be taking on a limited number of clients for private yoga and holistic health coaching so please reach out if you'd like to work together.
I hope you have a wonderful end of summer and that we can reconnect soon!

Private yoga sessions are a great way to start learning the basics or to deepen your existing yoga practice. I teach private sessions to individuals and groups in homes, at offices, and at local studios. Private and semi-private sessions are designed to meet the needs and goals of each student. These classes are perfect for people recovering from injuries, managing chronic diseases, and women who are pregnant or postpartum. Private sessions can be scheduled on a one-time or ongoing basis.
