"Thank you for an amazing 10 days! I never believed I could cook from scratch and create foods so delicious and healthy, all in the same meal. I feel better, I've lost four pounds. Maybe best of all, I don't see healthy fat as the enemy. I would never have eaten olive oil AND nuts in the same meal, maybe in the same day.
