You can actually make fresca with any fresh fruit and herb - with fruits that have a lower water content just add a little water to reach your desired consistency. Watermelon Mint Fresca
1 1/2 cups fresh watermelon cubes 10 mint leaves
Combine watermelon and mint in a blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
Other favorite fresca combinations: Honeydew mint, cantaloupe basil, and strawberry blueberry (with a squeeze of lime). The possibilities are endless!
