Will I be hungry?
During this program, you will be nourished by eating delicious, homemade meals and healthy snacks. You'll spend a bit more time in the kitchen, but with fabulous results. We worked hard to make sure you do not feel deprived, depleted, or hungry.
Is this a detox?
I really hesitate to call this a detox because it is a delicious whole foods-based program designed to renew your body for spring. It does not involve starving, fasting, juicing, only drinking soups or smoothies, or buying lots of supplements. You will be eliminating or reducing foods that may be wreaking havoc on your system, but also adding in delicious and immune-boosting fruits, veggies, and superfoods. Through this safe and effective elimination diet, you will reduce toxins built up from contaminated food, air, and your environment. You'll also discover what foods are truly going to make you feel more alive and recharged and how to incorporate them into your diet for lasting success.
Will I loose weight?
During this 10-Day program, you will learn exactly how to nourish your body and reduce unwanted toxicity. For many people, that may mean losing 3-5 pounds, depending on your pre-program diet. You will learn about how to eat for your unique body, reduce stress, and receive many more long-term benefits in addition to weight loss.
Will I be tired?
You may experience some symptoms that have you feeling sluggish on day 1, but we will walk you through step by step on how to reduce unwanted symptoms. It's also important to get a head start on preparing a few days ahead of time - slowly tapering coffee, processed grains, and desserts. By day 5 you'll certainly be loving life and feeling the amazing energy your body can create and sustain when you fuel it with the right foods and self-care!
