Brown Rice Salad with Balsamic Sesame Dressing
1. Combine rice and seasonal veggies in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Mix dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth.
3. Toss the salad with 2 tablespoons dressing and mix well.
4. Top with chopped almonds and enjoy!
Leftover dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
